Mende, DOD: September 7, 2018, Deceased. / Case No. 18-PBT-00106-1B Dept. 1 Hearing Date: September 9, 2019 Hearing Time: 8:30 a.m. NOTICE OF PRIVATE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LANS SAXON and SUZANNE REMINGTON, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of HERMAN ADOLPH MENDE, Deceased (hereinafter "Petitioners"), has filed in this Court a Petition for Confirmation of Sale of Real Property (hereinafter "Petition"). The Petition was filed with the Court on August 9, 2019, Decedent died on September 7, 2018, in Carson City, Nevada, and was at the time of his death a resident of and domiciled within Carson City, State of Nevada. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Petitioners will sell at a private sale to the highest and best bidder upon the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court, all right, title, and interest of the Estate of the Decedent, HERMAN ADOLPH MENDE, in and to the real property located at 914 Pat Lane, Carson City, Nevada 89701, more particularly described as follows: Lot 55 as shown on the map of SILVER BELL SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3/B, filed in the office of the recorder of Carson City, Nevada, on May 4, 1972. APN: 009-452-10 All persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be approved. The Subject Property will be sold "as is", subject to current taxes, and any Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, reservations, rights of way and easements of record. Buyer to arrange their own financing; sale to be cash to the Estate; all offers are subject to Court confirmation; possession will be delivered to Buyer at close of escrow; and the undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all offers or bids. Bids must be at least Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) greater than the current offer of Two Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars & no/100 ($255,000.00).
