NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Supervisors Meeting Room, 330 Fair Lane, Placerville, CA 95667 on December 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., to consider Parcel Map Amendment P-C20-0004/Spencer Parcel Map Amendment submitted by ASPEN ENVIRONMENTAL requesting to amend recorded Subdivision Map D-007A to reduce an existing non-buildable setback on the northern property line from 20 feet to 10 feet. The property, identified by Assessor's Parcel Number 034-562-001, consisting of 0.35 acre, is located on the south side of Mewuk Drive approximately a quarter mile west of the intersection with North Upper Truckee Road, in the South Lake Tahoe area, Supervisorial District 5.
