OFFICIAL NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING: The Douglas County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing regarding the matter, below, on June 18, 2020. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm. In adherence to Governor Sisolak's Declaration of Emergency and Directive 006 on public meetings, there will be no physical location designated for this meeting. The public will be able to participate in the meeting by watching the livestream of the meeting at the Douglas County website: www .douglascountynv .gov. Pursuant to NRS 533.363, the Board of Commissioners will hear public comment and may make a recommendation to the State Engineer regarding the following Application for Change in Water Use (Application No. 89694): on the 15th day of April 2020 Jeff Marsolais, USDA Forest Service's Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Forest Supervisor, filed an application proposing to change the place and manner of use of existing Permit 12024, Certificate 4141 from Lake Tahoe located in Douglas County, Nevada. The proposed change in place of use is from recreation and domestic use in Douglas County to fish and wildlife enhancement use in Douglas County, Carson City, and Washoe County in Nevada and El Dorado and Placer Counties in California.
