The Decedent's property is described as 193 Taylor Creek Road, Gardnerville, Nevada, 89460; Douglas County, Nevada Assessor's Parcel Number: 1219-04-001-034 . The Administrator will sell all of the rights, title and interest of MICHAEL JOSEPH ESTEP, Deceased, that the estate has acquired by operation of law, or otherwise. At the sale the person presenting the highest offer to purchase the property will be selected, and after selection submitted to the Court for confirmation or approval of the sale.
