NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090 and 65091 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code: the City of South Lake Tahoe Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 12, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 1901 Lisa Maloff Way (formerly Airport Road), South Lake Tahoe Airport, to consider the following 1. Consideration of a Special Use Permit and California Environmental Quality Act Categorical Exemption for 1100 Keller Road, File # 19-251 Summary: Heavenly Limited Partnership is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to remove parking spaces for the addition of a 10 X 12 storage shed. (Candace H. Stowell, AICP, Email Me ). 2. Consideration of Adoption of the Planning Commission Schedule for 2020. Summary: Staff will present a proposed Planning Commission Meeting Schedule for 2020 (John Hitchcock, Email Me). All interested persons are invited to attend and speak on the projects or may write their comments to the City Planning Division. If you challenge the application in court, you may be limited to raising only those items you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Planning Division prior to the Public Hearing.
